Is Nootropics Depot still legit (after their reopening)?

I'm a 23 year old male graduate student. After doing tons of research, I decided to get Bacopa Monnieri Capsules to improve my memory. After looking at sifting through tons of supplements, I decided to go with [this one] (http://nootropicsdepot.com/bacognize-bacopa-monnieri-capsules/) from Nootropics Depot. I'm interested in that one specifically, but my question is: Are they still a reliable company with effective products?
I read that they shut down then reopened, and heard different people saying "they aren't as good as they used to be," but I really don't know how credible that statement is. Do you guys still buy from them? Also, is their Bacopa Monnieri Capsules safe and effective? (I couldn't find reviews on them).

I don't laugh at you because of your business issues. I laugh at the irony of someone with such a wide supply of anxiolytics on hand being stressed. By the way, Ceratropics tianeptine sulfate... thats some rock star levels shit.

Well no amount of drugs can prevent the amount of emotional distress that comes from something you have dedicated years of your life to, suddenly start imploding around you. I doubled the size of our facility, spent $600,000 on the relaunch of ND, hired 21 people, spent a couple hundred grand on analytical testing equipment for our lab, then our cash flow just suddenly stopped without warning. It's one thing if you are a small place running with low operating expenses. It's an entirely different thing when you have over $60,000 per month in unavoidable expenses, and 21 people depending on you for their jobs. We've lost over $400,000 now because of these issues, had bank accounts frozen, and had to deal with more crazy shit than I ever thought possible. I had some very bad days there for a while. Just calling it stress does not really do the feeling justice. Haha
