Is Nootropics Depot still legit (after their reopening)?

I'm a 23 year old male graduate student. After doing tons of research, I decided to get Bacopa Monnieri Capsules to improve my memory. After looking at sifting through tons of supplements, I decided to go with [this one] (http://nootropicsdepot.com/bacognize-bacopa-monnieri-capsules/) from Nootropics Depot. I'm interested in that one specifically, but my question is: Are they still a reliable company with effective products?
I read that they shut down then reopened, and heard different people saying "they aren't as good as they used to be," but I really don't know how credible that statement is. Do you guys still buy from them? Also, is their Bacopa Monnieri Capsules safe and effective? (I couldn't find reviews on them).

Who is saying ND is not as good as it used to be? I think those comments were from before we took over, and the amount of things offered were limited. I am certainly more than willing to make changes to something we are currently doing, if there are suggestions on how we can improve. I am always here to help.
