Where are nootropics manufactured?

I'm new to nootropics and was wondering where does MOST of it come form. I know it may be spread afew regions but where do the majority come from and for bonus points where are most being exported to?

Yeah, I share your desire for society (people and businesses) to operate ethically without the need for coercion. It's tough to find empirical support for that (Rousseauian) claim that they actually do, however. Even under threat of punishment, there is still a strong economic incentive to cut corners. And absent regulation, even though (and because, in fact) most people operate responsibly, it invites a free rider problem. Unfortunately, for the moment, I'll remain in the Thomas Hobbes camp.

That's the main issue: even under the threat of punishment, some people will still choose to be shitty humans. Short of becoming a totalitarian society, where everything is monitored and controlled, we are always going to have to rely on the trust we put in others. I figure the best way to combat that happening is to try to be a force for change, and organize private efforts to ensure things are run in an appropriate manner. It's never going to be perfect, and there will always be someone there to take advantage of a situation. However, I think if we give people the chance, they will rise to the occasion. Well, at least that is my idealistic view of the situation.
