Amidate. What does it mean when a noot has amidate?

I saw the new epitalon amidate is out...but what does the 'amidate' actually do? As I read it, amidate is for "Inducing general anesthesia"

Many people have bought the N-Acetyl Epitalon already. I am the only one who has tried the new Amidate version. I have been using it nasally for the past week. I am going to keep my comments about effects quiet for now, so that I do not cause confirmation bias in people's reports.
