Memantine extended release

I have been taking memantine for about a month now, I have found it useful as a general anti depressant and also most importantly for reducing the severity of my obsessive thoughts. I am wondering if there is anywhere I can get ahold of the extended release version in the UK without a prescription as re dosing it is an inconvenience. Any suggestions?

I would say 6-8 hours. I have only been taking it for 1.5 months and currently take 5mg am 2.5mg pm. The initial brain-fog during the tiration has dissipated but I find it still makes my mind feel rather empty and perhaps makes me emotionally blunted to a degree. I do use an Ecig all day and I remember seeing you say that this could cause issues in some people, could this possibly account for my experience? My current plan is to keep increasing dosage and keep a log of the situation, I find its effects for my OCD and my anxiety to be wonderful but im not sure if I can trade that peace for what I perceive to be my mental spark.

The E-cig can certainly be playing a role. I always get side effects when combining nicotine and memantine. The NACh antagonism from the memantine seems to not play nicely with nicotine with my brain chemistry.
