Memantine extended release

I have been taking memantine for about a month now, I have found it useful as a general anti depressant and also most importantly for reducing the severity of my obsessive thoughts. I am wondering if there is anywhere I can get ahold of the extended release version in the UK without a prescription as re dosing it is an inconvenience. Any suggestions?

With a half-life of something ridiculous like 30 hours, a time release version sounds kind of silly. Dosing is already difficult enough with Memantine.

Memantine's half-life is 60-80 hours. Its Tmax is 3-8 hours. Extended release Memantine's Tmax is 9-12 hours. OP is probably looking for the acute effects, which would be more related to Tmax than half-life.
