Worst experience of my life because of Alpha GPC

Hi all,
I just wanted to make a quick comment about the dangers of alpha gpc. I dosed 300mg of the stuff and went into a 3-day long depressive-like episode where all the joy was sucked out of life. It was absolutely horrible. I didn't know what was wrong, and I was dealing with panic attacks at the same time and I thought there was something really wrong with my brain. There were so many intrusive thoughts - it felt like the only working parts of my brain were the amygdala and the prefrontal cortex. I realized after 3 days that I took the choline and some piracetam brought me up pretty quickly. This has happened to me twice before but to a lesser degree, and it only lasted 2 days.

No, you want to share a subjective experience that would be highly atypical of Alpha-GPC.

panic attacks
Then why the fuck would you keep taking it another 2 or 3 times?
thought there was something really wrong with my brain
Well, maybe that explains why you kept taking it.

I get the same depressive episodes from CDP or GPC. It is not atypical by any sense of the word. It is one of the most common side effects of stronger cholinergics, and one I warn people about all the time. The depressive feelings come on quick, and take a couple days to dissipate. For those prone to depression, it is not a fun experience.
