Worst experience of my life because of Alpha GPC

Hi all,
I just wanted to make a quick comment about the dangers of alpha gpc. I dosed 300mg of the stuff and went into a 3-day long depressive-like episode where all the joy was sucked out of life. It was absolutely horrible. I didn't know what was wrong, and I was dealing with panic attacks at the same time and I thought there was something really wrong with my brain. There were so many intrusive thoughts - it felt like the only working parts of my brain were the amygdala and the prefrontal cortex. I realized after 3 days that I took the choline and some piracetam brought me up pretty quickly. This has happened to me twice before but to a lesser degree, and it only lasted 2 days.

I believe this happened to me for a couple of weeks recently, I felt like something was really up with me. Mood swinging from anger down to intense melodrama alongside a highly analytical mind ---> wasn't a nice headspace.
Then I found posts talking about it on here, since I've taken it sparingly in my stack but is it just best completely avoided if that's what it does to me when taken routinely?
Stack was Noopept, ALCAR and Alpha GPC, I know nooept doesn't necessarily need choline.

Yep, it is very common. I get it every time like clockwork. I think one of the most pervasive misconceptions in the Nootropics world is the idea that you need a choline source with racetams. It's just not true. Some people might. However, many people are perfectly fine with their dietary choline intake.
