It should be treated similar to Tianeptine, which can also be hard on the liver. Do not mix with alcohol, or other liver-taxing substances.

It's called Lorcaserin, and is an agonist for 5-HT2C and 5-HT2B, along with being a partial agonist of 5-HT2A. That is why higher dosages are psychedelic.
