I have been using it for a few days. So far faster reaction times are the most noticeable change. My reaction time tests went from 270ms to 230ms. I will have to give it some more time to get a real feel for it, though.

I've done it three times since starting on Epitalon. Average is down to 220ms today, with a best of 193ms. That is the first time I have been below 200ms.

I don't see any obvious reasons why they would interact poorly. Obviously we don't have a lot of hard data on it in humans. So there is always the possibility of some interaction we don't know.

I get pretty consistent results with Epitalon. I seem to be in a better/more creative mood while on it. My reaction times are quicker. It does not seem to make me tired. Also, my skin seems to look healthier while on it.
