Are you using humanbenchmark.com? Just an FYI don't use Chrome with it, they do some odd frame buffering that makes everything, like, 50ms too high. Safari seems to work best.
I've been recording reaction time, too. P21 and nicotine seem to affect it slightly but nothing else I've tried seems to decrease it.

Yeah, that is the one I have been using the most. I use Firefox with noscript running. As long as I keep everything consistent, it tells me if there are changes. I am really looking for improvement in reaction time, rather than a hard real-world number. If I see a consistent 15-20% change in reaction time, then the numbers themselves are just benchmarks.
