We had him killed, and a body double put in his place. It has been resolved. No, I think he might have had some powder dry in the dropper, not recrystallization.

It's only a percentage of the bottles that are doing it. It's probably somewhat heat and pressure related. So customers in different areas might notice it more than others. But I can certainly recreate it here at the off

Not really. The crystals are just caffeine that came out of solution. That just means each ml of solution will have slightly less caffeine in it. I'll replace the bottle for you, though.
