I feel I need to add yet another glowing report to the many already exist on this subreddit regarding both the quality of the products but more importantly the outstanding level of customer service provided by Ceretropic. A couple of weeks ago I ordered, what I would consider to be a fairly sizable order through Ceretropic to be delivered to me in Australia via UPS. Long story short, UPS have still not delivered the package which was due to arrive on Monday the 1st of April. Around 1.5 weeks ago I contacted UPS who sent me an email suggesting I contact the shipper (Ceretropic).
I couple of days after emailing Ceretropic support, I received an email from them stating that they had initiated a UPS lost package investigation however UPS were handling the situation too slowly for their liking and that they would be would be reshipping my (AU$350+) order as soon as possible.
To provide a little info on my background. I certainly consider myself someone who understands what it means to provide exceptional customer service. Yeah looks like the sticky backed parer you can print on. Figured that was what had happened to the label. The outside of the envelope was what through eme it wa s so faded you really had to stare to work everything outl

Yeah, I was really embarrassed when I realized I used the paper labels. Such a silly mixup to make. I have since transitioned label printing to one of my new employees, who was actually running a printing business when I hired him.
