I feel I need to add yet another glowing report to the many already exist on this subreddit regarding both the quality of the products but more importantly the outstanding level of customer service provided by Ceretropic. A couple of weeks ago I ordered, what I would consider to be a fairly sizable order through Ceretropic to be delivered to me in Australia via UPS. Long story short, UPS have still not delivered the package which was due to arrive on Monday the 1st of April. Around 1.5 weeks ago I contacted UPS who sent me an email suggesting I contact the shipper (Ceretropic).
I couple of days after emailing Ceretropic support, I received an email from them stating that they had initiated a UPS lost package investigation however UPS were handling the situation too slowly for their liking and that they would be would be reshipping my (AU$350+) order as soon as possible.
To provide a little info on my background. I certainly consider myself someone who understands what it means to provide exceptional customer service. Not only do I personally provide private companies with customer service training and advice on a consultancy basis I also work in a private (Allied Health) clini…

BTW I like the switch to the new "space bags for peptides + gel cooler. One interesting thing though on my last order the label had faded to the point of being barely readable to the human eye so they stuck a barcode over it with "consult PDA for instructions". I think this happened at my countries end of the route but might want to check. You know wheree i am to verify this.
The gel pack remained cold despite being locked in the local depot with a 20 Celsius 4 day public holiday outside, cooling down at night. Those things are ideal for peptide shipping and i imagine them between the space blanket envelope and gel pack kept everything nice and cool during delivery.

Was the label on your spray paper-based? I screwed up on the initial shipments of the new spray bottles, and accidentally used the temporary paper label stock, rather than our new custom polyethylene stock. The paper label stock does not like moisture, so the condensation from the gel pack causes issues during shipping. It was a stupid mistake on my part. All the current bottles have the new label stock, so the condensation should not be an issue anymore. I spent all that time to get nice new spray bottles, then made them look like shit with those paper labels. Dumb.
