I feel I need to add yet another glowing report to the many already exist on this subreddit regarding both the quality of the products but more importantly the outstanding level of customer service provided by Ceretropic. A couple of weeks ago I ordered, what I would consider to be a fairly sizable order through Ceretropic to be delivered to me in Australia via UPS. Long story short, UPS have still not delivered the package which was due to arrive on Monday the 1st of April. Around 1.5 weeks ago I contacted UPS who sent me an email suggesting I contact the shipper (Ceretropic).
I couple of days after emailing Ceretropic support, I received an email from them stating that they had initiated a UPS lost package investigation however UPS were handling the situation too slowly for their liking and that they would be would be reshipping my (AU$350+) order as soon as possible.
To provide a little info on my background. I certainly consider myself someone who understands what it means to provide exceptional customer service. You have been more than helpful in all past dealings I have had with you but your generous offer to reship before UPS had conducted their investigation is far and above my expectations of any company!
Regarding UPS... They called me last night as I was writing my above post. All they said was "Has your package arrived" and once I told them it had not they said "If you don't have it within 10 days contact the sender again." They certainly aren't rushing to come up with an outcome. So again, thank you! If you hadn't handled things they way you had, I feel I would have been waiting quite a while for a resolution.
