What kind of tests do you have your GP or a lab conduct (regularly/occasionally/once)?

What kind of tests do you have your GP or a lab conduct in order to ensure ideal efficiency in the uptake and function of your noots? I am talking about vitamins, hormone levels, antioxidant levels, and so on. Specific blood tests, biomarkers in the skin/sweat, etc. you could recommend?

This is somewhat controversial. Various organisations consider anything between 20ng/mL to 50ng/mL to be deficient.

Yeah, it is going to range by person too, depending on your vitamin D mutations. Some people need more D than others.
