What kind of tests do you have your GP or a lab conduct (regularly/occasionally/once)?

What kind of tests do you have your GP or a lab conduct in order to ensure ideal efficiency in the uptake and function of your noots? I am talking about vitamins, hormone levels, antioxidant levels, and so on. Specific blood tests, biomarkers in the skin/sweat, etc. you could recommend?

Which vitamin D mutation? The only gene I know of that affects vitamin D is ApoE. Those with the 3/4 & 4/4 variants tend to have higher levels of vitamin D. But the ideal level isn't known to be higher or lower based on mutations as far as I've read. Mostly because few studies are researching optimal levels based on symptomatology.
