The onset is smooth and it seems to hit you full on at about 45 minutes. At first, I was like ok, it doesn't feel like much....then it hit. It felt like a euphoric high. There were no jitters, anxiousness or uncomfortable feeling. I think 200mg is a little too much for me. I might try 150mg next time. But yea, I'm loving it so far. I'll update as the week goes by as far as tolerance build up.
I'm a regular caffeine user everday but maybe it hit me so hard because it was my first time taking this mixture.
But yes, it feels very good.......I was looking for something to replace my energy drinks and this is it.

The PG affects the solubility of the N-acetyl Tyrosine, no? Caffeine is very soluble in water so that isn't a problem. I don't see how that could be called an ionic complex.
Theres no metals in your ingredient list, so it couldn't be coordinating around a metal. (which would constituent an ionic complex)

No, that is not it. Also, caffeine is not very soluble in water at room temperature. It will be fine when the solution is heated, then recrystallize out once it cools. This takes a day or two, but happens every single time. The ionic complex has nothing to do with the PG. It is an ionic caffeine complex with NALT, where the NALT donates an electron to the caffeine, altering the stability in solution. The PG is to stabilize other ingredients in the solution, which neutralize the extremely bitter taste of the caffeine, and the super sour taste of the NALT.
