Been reading up on research as much as I can without hitting a pay wall, wondering if anyone who has done a good

Very helpful and clear reply. Thank you so much. Now I can look deeper into this. I didn't understand the relationship between NMDA receptors and AMPA receptors until now.
Subjectively, I have noticed a slight blunting in tianeptine's effects, most notably the stimulating effects. Mood elevation is about the same, but I have come to enjoy the stimulation because up until I started with tianeptine I was chronically fatigued. Always felt like napping.
However, this is only my 4th day on Memantine and I know it takes a while to get over the initial hump, especially since I jumped straight in at 10mg ED.
Reports on Memantine are scarce and limited (lots of recreational use, which doesn't interest me). Thought I would share my thoughts a bit and welcome some more discussion.
Thanks again.
