10mg sublingual is more powerful than 40mg orally, it feels stimulating and my brain is ridiculously clear. You need to try this, I had pills and just chewed it and kept it in my mouth for 10 minutes.

It being only 9% orally bioavailable really affects things. Sublingual Noopept was basically the inspiration that started Ceretropic, and was our first product. I've typed my reasoning behind the theory too many times to count now.
