I checked tonight, and none of the normal vendors have it. TLR, Ceretropic, THT... nothing.
What gives? Please don't tell me it's been patented/regulated.

It's also to do with the size of the companies. Neuralstem is only worth $100 million. A lot, but nothing compared to Actavis at $91 billion. Actavis does not give a shit about us. We are like single celled organisms to them. Even thinking about suing us would be a waste of time.
Neuralstem on the other hand has a lawyer in Chicago that they pay to look out for infringement. They want to assert their control over the IP in advance of the impending FDA approval.
