What happened to NSI-189?

I checked tonight, and none of the normal vendors have it. TLR, Ceretropic, THT... nothing.
What gives? Please don't tell me it's been patented/regulated.

How is anyone selling memantine, though? Actavis/Forest makes Neuralstem look like a lemonade stand. Is it because the compound is slightly different, as in the case of lithium orotate vs. pharmaceutical lithium?

Memantine is off-patent in April 2015. It's not worth their time. NSI-189 is still not approved, and could be a billion dollar drug. So the difference is one is at the beginning of the drugs life cycle, and the other is at the end.
I am very curious to see how much Neuralstem charges if NSI-189 gets approved. How much you want to bet it's like $1,000/month?
