I checked tonight, and none of the normal vendors have it. TLR, Ceretropic, THT... nothing.
What gives? Please don't tell me it's been patented/regulated.

Reason I brought up Namenda is their forced switch program to Namenda XR that the NY Attorney General sued them on... Actavis/Forest evidently wants to keep that revenue stream going.
And yeah, if NSI blows everything out of the water by phase 3 then I could see that. Wonder how much they're spending on R&D.

Yeah, but we are not selling XR. The new patent only covers the delivery system, not the drug itself. These kind of shady patent issues are why they are worth $91 Billion. You don't get to that point by being the nice guy.
Neuralstem is spending millions on R&D. They have a lot of outside investors. Not sure on the dollar amount, though.
