Throwing away all my nootropics - I quit

Hi Guys,
i´m sure some of you may have read my posts in this community in the last months. I´ve been very active in this sub and found it a great community.
Sadly i finally came to the conclusion that nootropics are doing more harm than good to me, i have noticed that i have lost a stability i had before nootropic usage, i feel that every new compound brings something out of balance, making the following days better or worse and then coming back to baseline again or many times below it. I see that i´m not really able to get constant positive results, so it´s a roller-coaster i don´t want anymore not even for the few good days i would get from nootropics.
I will keep one compound for battling days of sadness: Tianeptine.
Thanks to all of you specially to MYASD and all the best to you all

A case in point: "Nearly Never Ending Trip" trip report of memantine on erowid: https://www.erowid.org/experiences/exp.php?ID=52958
Memantine is an NMDA antagonist and can cause strong dissociation.

Holy shit, 360mg?!? With an 8- hour half life, that is going to be a long dissociation.
