Throwing away all my nootropics - I quit

Hi Guys,
i´m sure some of you may have read my posts in this community in the last months. I´ve been very active in this sub and found it a great community.
Sadly i finally came to the conclusion that nootropics are doing more harm than good to me, i have noticed that i have lost a stability i had before nootropic usage, i feel that every new compound brings something out of balance, making the following days better or worse and then coming back to baseline again or many times below it. I see that i´m not really able to get constant positive results, so it´s a roller-coaster i don´t want anymore not even for the few good days i would get from nootropics.
I will keep one compound for battling days of sadness: Tianeptine.
Thanks to all of you specially to MYASD and all the best to you all

Sorry to hear that! Memantine is nothing to mess around with. I am not joking when I say that you can physically be unable to drive if you take too much, much less productive and happy. Be careful with it. These compounds can, and have, changed many people's lives. They can also screw shit up if you are not careful.
