Throwing away all my nootropics - I quit

Hi Guys,
i´m sure some of you may have read my posts in this community in the last months. I´ve been very active in this sub and found it a great community.
Sadly i finally came to the conclusion that nootropics are doing more harm than good to me, i have noticed that i have lost a stability i had before nootropic usage, i feel that every new compound brings something out of balance, making the following days better or worse and then coming back to baseline again or many times below it. I see that i´m not really able to get constant positive results, so it´s a roller-coaster i don´t want anymore not even for the few good days i would get from nootropics.
I will keep one compound for battling days of sadness: Tianeptine.
Thanks to all of you specially to MYASD and all the best to you all

I'm trying to imagine that reaction. I take prescription Namenda for migraines and it doesn't seem to affect me much. I do get fewer migraines.
I've heard stories about extreme brain-drain at higher dosages, so what happens ...you get too stupid to drive? (Like giving people cellphones, maybe) Perhaps I just have no useful point of comparison. :-)

Some people don't get that reaction. Some people have their OCD completely eliminated, and have a clearer mind than they have ever felt on Memantine. I get those reports a lot. Then you get people that have bad experiences.
The brainfog is pretty unique. You notice your mood lowering, and your thoughts slowed. Then you notice your reflexes and vision gets all messed up. That's when you know driving is out of the question. I've only had that twice. Once when I first started too quickly with 10mg/day, and another time when I combined Memantine with D-Cycloserine. Both times took at least 4 days to get back to normal, so it was not pleasant.
