Freebase Tianeptine

I just received some Tianeptine from a new vendor and to my surprise it is in freebase form which is great because when Tianeptine is in it's original form it's hard to dose and it tastes disgusting without capsules. I'm assuming it's going to lose some potency in this form? Does any have any idea how strong it is? Was also wondering if it is possible to dose this sublingualy? When I tried to dose the original Tianeptine it burnt the inside of my mouth.
Thanks

This is their ebay listing on Australia Ebay, they go out of their way to state in the description that it's freebase and not sodium salt.

Then they are just stupid. They probably are just confused about its pharmacodynamics. They even state that the dosage should be 12.5mg, but that is for the sodium salt.
