Freebase Tianeptine

I just received some Tianeptine from a new vendor and to my surprise it is in freebase form which is great because when Tianeptine is in it's original form it's hard to dose and it tastes disgusting without capsules. I'm assuming it's going to lose some potency in this form? Does any have any idea how strong it is? Was also wondering if it is possible to dose this sublingualy? When I tried to dose the original Tianeptine it burnt the inside of my mouth.

You're assuming the vendor is thinking. They may have just been lazy, and found the first type of Tianeptine they could get.
