Should we trust these vendors?

I have seen several sites where companies are reselling other vendors products and dont seem to hide it very well:

https://www.purenootropics.net/shop/ is clearly selling products made by ceretropics

and http://nootropicssupply.com/product-category/dipeptides is clearly selling products from peak nootropics

both of them are even using the same images taken from the other site... I dont know what to really think about this other than it makes me not really want to buy products from all 4 vendors. Any input?

Pure Nootropics has been selling our stuff for a long time. No issues there.
