It all depends on your own brain chemistry. Some people cannot even take 1mg. Starting lower than you think is advisable, as you cannot go back if you take too much.

If you want the least likelihood of brainfog, that will work. Some can ramp up faster. However, you won't know that until it's too late. Better to go slow than be useless for a day.

Again, 10mg in a single dose is one thing. 10mg/day over a few days is entirely another. 10mg might feel great day one, but have you unable to drive on day three.

Some people use them at the same time, just to keep tolerance at bay. If you are trying to reverse tolerance that has already built up, then it takes time. I would say at least a few weeks, if not more. It depends on how
