Very confused about NAC.. Is it pro-glutamanergic or anti-glutamanergic? Pro-dopaminergic or anti-dopaminergic? All I see is 'modulates glutamate and dopamine' which isn't much help

Either way, too high a dose makes me feel depressed but I want to know what exactly it's doing.

D-Cycloserine
I would just take with organic farm fresh kefir. Loaded with probiotics, and way cheaper than than the PB pills. Would that mitigate the negative effects of D-Cycloserine?

Possibly. D-Cycloserine inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis. That might not be an issue if you are constantly taking probiotics, but I am not certain.
