Never try to make other people understand what your doing with all of these pills/powders, they're just going to assume your into drugs/stimulants and or steroids (as seen in my case).

Ad. Never bring them to work! or at least go into a bathroom stall and dose there.

Yes I have. Nasal administration is really not the best route. You'd need no snort way too much powder to be effective.
