Best place for responsible users to buy phenibut since nootropicsdepot discontinued it?

I have been using nootropics depot's phenibut for about four months now. I never use it more than twice a week nor do I take excessive doses, and I have experienced absolutely no withdrawal and only minimal tolerance issues (only when I first began taking it). I use it to combat anxiety, which it is fantastic at. The effects last nearly two days and have made am my aspects of my life better.
I am a bit concerned that nootropics depot has stopped carrying, and I see more vendors doing the same in the future because of the potential for abuse and physical dependence. If you are interested in using / are using phenibut, please use it responsibly and don't ruin it for those of us who do.
Back to my original question, where should I be buying it now? I've seen a number of possible vendors out there but know little about the quality of their product.

Crazy thread, reading that comment where the guy is arguing with /u/misteryouaresodumb that R-modafinil is not the same thing as armodafinil and that MYASD is being childish for suggesting it is making me nostalgic for the ridiculousness of the earlier days of this sub.
