PSA: The Highest Dose is NOT Always the Most Effective

Original post in this thread

I just thought I would share an observation that I had made recently, but which took me quite a while so I thought I would share it.

I have noticed that for a good number of Nootropics (Rhodiola, Theanine, Phenibut, Noopept) more is not better, and a lower dose actually was MORE EFFECTIVE. If you are like me and would try out a moderate/high dosage before trying an extremely low dose (sometimes lower than the minimum recommended dose), then you should definitely reexamine the way you design your stack. There is so little information about Nootropics, and the minimum doses (or below) might be the most effective for you.

Feel free to share your own dosage experiences.

Why is it that you recommend .5mg? Is it because melotonin can make you feel dopey the next day?

Yes, higher dosages lead to a lot of fog in the morning. Also, many people become dependent on it after using it in high dosages.
