PSA: The Highest Dose is NOT Always the Most Effective

I just thought I would share an observation that I had made recently, but which took me quite a while so I thought I would share it.
I have noticed that for a good number of Nootropics (Rhodiola, Theanine, Phenibut, Noopept) more is not better, and a lower dose actually was MORE EFFECTIVE. If you are like me and would try out a moderate/high dosage before trying an extremely low dose (sometimes lower than the minimum recommended dose), then you should definitely reexamine the way you design your stack. There is so little information about Nootropics, and the minimum doses (or below) might be the most effective for you.
Feel free to share your own dosage experiences.

patent to melatonin dosing under 1mg
That has to be the shittiest patent I've ever heard of.

Yeah, if you could see some of the patents out there. It's disheartening that the advancement of the human species is stifled, due to greed.
