Experience Report: P21 is pretty alright.

I can't put a finger on it, but after injecting 2mg SID for a week something is happening. I've cycled through a plethora of nootropics - the classic common varietals, obscure/exotic flavors old and new, and many of the pharmaceuticals that could be construed as such - but this is unique. Granted I've never tried Cerebrolysin given my aversion to IM injection and the volume necessary to achieve significant effects, but P21 is relatively unparalleled in my experience base thus far. Subjectively the closest comparable compound I've sampled is Semax, but P21 is more akin to my lofty, unfulfilled expectations of NSI-189 if anything. There's a lucid clarity to thought processes and augmentation of cognitive stamina resembling Semax, but P21 seems to significantly enhance my memory and linguistic abilities while incorporating a subtle, gradual mood lift as time has progressed. It's also less physically stimulating than Semax. If I had to try and nail it down, a low dose cocktail of Semax, Hydergine, and Oxiracetam is the most similar state I've achieved subjectively, but that's still a fairly poor approximation. P21 has maintained its effects throughout the day, has progressively incr…

...could you remind me what p21 is? Is it an analogue of selank or semax?

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb · Ceretropic

It was developed from Cerebrolysin, and binds to CNTF. There is a very good description of it on our site.

What's the lowdown on using nootropics to aid recovery from brain injuries?

Replying to 10_KG_VALUE_PACK · I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Semax or Cerebrolysin yet, which AFAIK are probably the most well-researched compounds in treating brain injury. P21's probably worth a look too du

P21 is much more potent than Cerebrolysin at binding to CNTF. This should, in theory, make it better at promoting neurotransmitter synthesis and neuronal growth. However, as you said, human studies are lacking. Semax an

[High Risk] Has anybody tried P21 yet? It's supposed to be a better version of Cerebrolysin.

Replying to ultimo_burrito · Makes sense. I was actually more curious about Semax and Selank.

Those will be soon. Just waiting on our resupply of peptides to come in.

Semax and Selank Combination

Replying to NusAnileC · Thanks! I tried N-Acetyl Semax Amidate today. For Semax and Selank, do i take one after another? Like 2 sprays of Semax in each nostril, wait 3 mins, and then 2 sprays of Selank? A

Yeah, that is what I do. Wait a minute or two between sprays, or just alternate nostrils. P21 is an activator of CNTF, or ciliary neurotrophic factor. That's the main mechanism for Cerebrolysin. Activation of CNTF promo

Anyone experimented with THT's CNTF fragment 147-150?

No!!!! You can't just say, "Ohh, the active sequence in P21 is DGGL, so let's just sell powdered DGGL!" Pharmacodynamics do not work like that! That would be like saying, "Ohh dopamine is good. Let's sell powdered dopami

Always keep peptide in the fridge, as that is where they are most stable. They are MORE stable as a lyophilized powder in the vial, and become LESS stable once you mix them with water. However, some smaller sequence pept

I agree. It's fucked up. Trust me, I had to shut my fucking company down because of this. Ceretropic is no more because of the bullshit in this country. So nobody is more frustrated than me. I fought for years for this.
