Ceretropic noopept: how to dose w/o dropper?

So I bought a sublingual noopept solution and accidentally knocked it over onto the ground... the actual glass container was fine but the glass dropper inside has broken. Any ideas on how to keep using my noopept?

I was thinking of just super gluing the two pieces back together, honestly
