I don't mean to brag; but, a lot of the novel nootropics our there today and soon to be resulted from a personal effect mostly pushed forward from my efforts. You can look at my topic history at Longecity in such compounds such as;
IDRA-21
ISRIB (TBA)
(-)-BPAP
D-deprenyl (TBA, soon)
Pitolisant
7,8-Dihydroxyflavone
GTS-21 (TBA, soon)
Neuropeptide S
F2MPA (TBA)
NRX-1074 (yes, we found the structure, TBA)
Oh, DIHEXA (possibly) and one other really promising compound that I still can't mention; but, will definitely be a great nootropic...
But, the above self tooting is besides the point... With the point, being that without your interest this would never have been possible. As, it stands now the nootropics market is composed a a few entities, Ceretropic, Newmind, THT, NootropicsDepot, and TeamTLR. IMO, a consumer driven nootropics market will always be more efficient and attract much more interest than a top down type of market that we have now. It's mostly a hybrid at the moment; but, the closer to a consumer driven market, the better, since that will allow better nootropics to be made and a more educated public.
So, until now I've relied on myself to get interestin…

Hmm, guess our results differ. No way of knowing for certain I guess. The effect profile described in the patent paper most likely points at compound B from what I went over with another person. We might just have to wait for more information to come out on NRX-1074. Which, one did you have in mind?
I've already handled many group buys, and am honestly kind of tired as it takes a lot of personal effort and time. If some system could be set up, like a grassroots forum or whatnot with an escrow service that would be great to spread out the risk and offer rewards to the supplier. Though, it's a long-shot. I guess, more nootropic suppliers would be the best option; but, there are so many interesting compounds out there worth trying. Haha!

I think they purposely burried the structure in there, with a lot of fluff, just to throw people off. That is what I would do, if I wanted to protect my IP. When that happens, you just boil things down to their simplest parts. What makes GLYX-13 so unstable? Well that damn peptide bond. So which structure in the patent most resembles GLYX-13, but gets rid of that unstable bond? It's buried in the middle of claim 16.
