Where are the US created nootropics? Why are most of the nootropics originally from Russia?

It's all about the money in the US.

Funny to hear that, because I hear there's plenty of market for unregulated, untested chemicals of extremely dubious benefit.

There's plenty of market for anything, given the appropriate level of demand. Good thing there are people out there still doing things for more than money.
