Why are all phenibut questions accompanied with the "high risk" label now?

I noticed that in the last few months whenever anyone has a question about phenibut it always has the "high risk" label attached now. Just wondering why this is?

I know you take tianeptine as well, you have mentioned it before. How do the two compare? Do they synergize well?

Tianeptine is faster acting, and shorter lived. It is also less intoxicating, for lack of a better word. You feel normal on it; just a little happier. Phenibut takes a while to kick in, but lasts a lot longer.
