All of the suppliers I find seem to label their tyrosine as either N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine or just L-Tyrosine. Are these the same substance with the same effect?

to boost my stimulants/caffeine and for increased working memory.
Im trying to chose between NALT, L-tyrosine- Whichever gives me less anxiety and more working memory.

I like NALT better. Regular L-tyrosine will most likely lead to more dopamine synthesis, though.
