Prevent tianeptine from getting all sticky?

Tianeptine is my new favorite noot after the gram I just finished off (piracetam + tianeptine are my go to). I ordered more, so while I'm waiting for it I figured I'd see if anyone knows why it clumps up and then becomes very sticky?
It was fine for a day or two, and then it all just got stuck together. It makes dosing a little bit harder, but its not a deal breaker. Anyone know how to prevent this from happening?
Also feel free to share tianeptine experiences, as this stuff intrigues me.

It seems to dissolve in water, so i figured i'd be good to go with proplene glycol, so I picked some up and I figured I could just add 120mg tianeptine, and mix it with 10 dropper squirts, and then shake it up every time I want to dose and it would mix well enough to approximately get to my planned dosage of 12mg.
But you're saying in this case I need to heat it up and manually stir? Also I wanted to add some natural flavor extract, but most contain filtered water. Would that water damage the tianeptine if it was only in contact for a few days?

Suspensions are not accurate enough. It takes a lot of heat and stirring to get it to fully solvate. The water from extracts should not damage it, but I cannot say for sure how stable a fully water solution would be.
