Prevent tianeptine from getting all sticky?

Tianeptine is my new favorite noot after the gram I just finished off (piracetam + tianeptine are my go to). I ordered more, so while I'm waiting for it I figured I'd see if anyone knows why it clumps up and then becomes very sticky?
It was fine for a day or two, and then it all just got stuck together. It makes dosing a little bit harder, but its not a deal breaker. Anyone know how to prevent this from happening?
Also feel free to share tianeptine experiences, as this stuff intrigues me.

I would totally try the dropper method if it wasn't more expensive. I'm a college student on a tight budget.
Is there a method to making a solution on my own? Is it good for long term storage?

The solution is stable when using propylene glycol as the solvent. However, it is hard to make it solvate properly. We use magnetic hotplate stirrers to make it work. Without that equipment, you are going to have to heat it up over a stove, and manually stir for a long time.
