Yeah, have you tried kratom? If you get a strain high in 7-hydroxymytraginine, it is very apparent how high the μ-opioid affinities are. It even makes oxycodone's effects much less potent, when taken before. Now normally people are taking much higher doses of oxy than they are getting 7-hydroxymytraginine in kratom. So that is why it is subjectively stronger. But if you were to take pure 7-hydroxymytraginine, it would most likely be much stronger in effects.
