My experience with TrueLIFE Researchs HCBT-OX

Original post in this thread

We've already talked about their business practises here and here, so let's focus on the actual products this time ;)

You can read more about HCBT-OX on their info page here.

Appearance: Dark brown resinous solid

Very true, reminds me of freebase psilocin, hehe.

Anyway, I've tried it twice so far, so here we go.

---

First trial

21:05: 30mg swallowed on empty stomach.

21:15: Maybe something, slight mood lift, probably placebo.

21:25: There might be a hint of music enhancement. Serotonergic activity? ;)

21:30: Slight time dilation, also feeling more focused, no anxiety.

21:41: If I had to guess, this is a mild NMDA antagonist and SRI. Probably I'm completely wrong.

21:45: Strong mood lift, also seems to suppress appetite, clear headed "high".

22:40: Chatting on IRC, effects faded a little.

23:00: It's a little introspective.

00:00: Very "peaceful" somehow.

00:30: No crash or anything, feeling slightly tired.

---

Second trial

22:30: 60mg swallowed on empty stomach.

22:35: Strong euphoria.

22:55: Clear head high, stimulating.

23:00: Comparabl…

Not to mention people know what they are taking when they use it!

Yeah, first people knew that it was a "selective serotonin enhancer", then people knew that it works on NMDA receptors, now people know it's a opioid..

then goes to the hospital because it interacted with something else they were on?

I never told anyone to mix it with other substances! I would never promote the combination of substances if I wasn't 100% sure that it's a safe combination. If you mix 10 drugs, that's your thing, not mine :O

You know tianeptine can be all of those things, right? It does enhance the up-take of serotonin out of the synapse. It just does not do it by directly interacting with the SERT. It also does modulate the NMDA receptors, and mimics endogenous opioids. I am not sure why we are talking about tianeptine, though.

I am not saying you are telling people to use it. But you know people are going to see the word euphoria and want to try it without thinking. You know that! Even if it is not an interaction that causes the harm, it could be a genetic variation in the user. We have absolutely no idea, because we do not even know what the compound is.

I am interested in your results, but they are useless to us without knowing what the compound is. I want to advance our understanding of the human brain just as much as anyone else. But this advances nothing, because we don't know the substance. This would be a totally different conversation if TLR would just say what the molecules/ingredients are in their products.

My experiences with high dose (100mg+) tianeptine over a two month period

You need to start tapering off it now! You are not using it properly, and are going to cause yourself harm. Tianeptine is hard on the liver at those dosages. It is not meant to be taken at 650mg/day. Your usage is irresp
