I started taking this based on a few papers I read that demonstrated that it increased memory. Still a little early so no results yet. Haven't seen mention of it on here.

Since the bovine sourced PS isn't available anymore and it's not clear if the soy based PS is capable of lowering cortisol as well -
I guess Ashwagandha might be the better alternative for this purpose? - at least according to examine.com ;

Yeah, that is true. A lot of the PS evidence is for bovine sources. That may not translate to soy sources.
Ashwagandha is great for lowering cortisol. Bacopa is good too. I would probably add those two adaptogens before spending the money on soy PS.
