I started taking this based on a few papers I read that demonstrated that it increased memory. Still a little early so no results yet. Haven't seen mention of it on here.

I'll second this. Also if you experience anxiety it's noted to help that, which should increase its value more.

It is good for adding into a stimulant stack too, to keep cortisol in check.
