I started taking this based on a few papers I read that demonstrated that it increased memory. Still a little early so no results yet. Haven't seen mention of it on here.

Not a great abundance here in Sydney either... but I buy herring baked in mustard and dill or red pepper sauce in bulk from Aldi (a German supermarket chain) at $1.99 a pop imported from Germany, fish caught at a wild fishery. iirc the amount of PS should be around 400mg per serving, DHA clocks in at over 1g and EPA around 2-3g for a 200g tin.
Mackerel is also a decent source, but it's stink factor is a few levels above herring and not everyone can tolerate it.

Those are pretty damn good levels for that price!
