I'm not OP, but I'm interested in buying and testing NSI-189. How much would testing cost? How much substance do they need?
I've tried reaching Colmeric, but never got reply.

You would need reference standards for NSI-189, or you would need to spend more money on an NMR. Colin will be able to give you better info, but I would say probably like $300.
