Effectively use of caffeine
Original post in this thread

Hi everyone,
Just some background. I used to be the average student living on coffee, whether it be to study, work, or workout. I want to say I was taking in about 400-700mg of caffeine a day. During summer I decided to quit and clean up my sleep hygiene. I get about 8-9 hours of sleep a night, and have gone through the initial caffeine withdrawal stages for about a month or so. I have gotten back a fair bit amount of energy, but it feels like I am missing that edge coffee gives me when it comes to focus and mental endurance. Does anyone have advice on how to healthily reintroduce caffeine back into my life? Or any arguments against starting up again?
Thanks,
B

What is this?

It's a long read, but a good high level view of the methylation cycle, and everything it affects.
